SANTA will soon be here | Venus Texas Children Photographer

 SANTA is coming this SATURDAY NOVEMBER 19, 2022 and we can not wait!  This is always such a magical day and I love seeing all the boys and girls and their parents excitement!  They say we can even have a few snow flurries Saturday morning.  But, no worries, we have hot cocoa, a nice cozy studio, and a great SANTA.  So make plans now to attend this special session!

Specialty Photography has been photographing SANTA for over 10 years at the studio. What originally started as a better experience than the mall Santa has emerged into the interactive Santa Expirience it is today. We utilize the same SANTA each year, and many children return year after year to visit "The real SANTA".  Our beautifully designed sets and a variety of props give you a heirloom quality to each and every santa experience. In an individual session children get to talk with Santa, and participate in several interactive activities like checking Santa's nice list, reading a story, looking in Santa's toy bag, eating cookies and more.

Everyone starts with an initial package; Package 1, 2 or 3, which you can see below and select when you book your session.  Each session is designed for the immediate family only, if you want to schedule with cousins or friends; you will need to book two sessions back to back.  

Once you book your session you will receive our Santa Experience Guide through email and it will give you a ton of helpful tips in preparing for our session time and will have all of our additional products and packages that are avaialable for purchase in your gallery.  

Everyone will pay $50 at booking (your retainer fee) and then the balance of the package you choose will be due at your session.  (you will be invoiced prior to SANTA if you want to pay online, or you can choose to pay at your session)

Glitter Sessions 2022 | Venus Texas Children Photographer

 

Ya'll this session is always so much fun! and... it has been a couple of years since we offered this theme.  This time we have a brand new floral backdrop that we will use in creating the set.   We have beautiful dresses, tutu's, rompers, etc. for the girls to wear.  Or, you are welcome to bring them in a beautiful summer time dress (we can help you with colors)  We have a crowns, light makeup for the girls (if desired), all the glitter and the fun!  They will twirl, laugh and blow glitter!  All the while we are capturing the magic and then we will create an awesome gallery for you to shop from.

Each session includes...

It's a Magical day for Children!  The day they get to visit with SANTA and here at the studio we work hard to make it an amazing experience for them.  It is always an awesome day!

YOU will NOT want to miss out seeing SANTA this year!!  We have the best Santa!  He is great with talking with the children and helping them enjoy their time with him!  This year's set design is amazing and I absolutely love it!  Just think winter, snow, polar express and you can get the feel of what our set will be like.  I will be releasing the set as we get a little closer to time!  Your little one can wear their PJ's or their Christmas outfit with a scarf, hat, etc.   Either one will be adorable!  Everyone who attends get's a Polar Express bell keepsake to take home!

Keeping it Cool at the Beach | Venus Texas Children Photographer

 Our last Couture Kids of the SUMMER is coming up on August 14, 2021.  Don't miss out on the fun!  I am bringing the beach to you.  Complete with SAND for them to squish their toes in, let it fall through their fingers, fill a sand pale, etc.   This year we are adding in a little pier and bringing in water through the magic of photoshop (lol)   This will be an adorable addition to these portraits.

This is truly a fun interactive and beautiful session.  Love the colors of the background.  I would recommend them wearing a bathing suit, or kahki shorts, denim shorts or skirts, white or pastel color shirt.  Just solid colors, no writing or logo's on the clothing.  No shoes is perfect for this one as well.

We have an old car (1948 Plymouth), big open field, outdoor lighting, porches, pathways, and a beautiful wooden garage door. Classic "Black & White" portrait sessions | Venus Texas Children Photographer

Have you had Black & White portraits taken recently?!!  My guess is no, you see we all take tons of photos everyday and see a ton of photos everyday, but many of them are in color.  I love traditional Black & White Portraits and I am so so excited about our upcoming "Couture Kids" event at the studio.  It is all about capturing the personality of your child.   The portraits will be all done in Black & White and will make priceless keepsakes for your family for years to come.  This is a mini session, and you are welcome to bring along toys, or items that they love to play with that showcase their personality.  Maybe sport equipment, batman toys, cars,  a barbie, a special baby doll, bubbles, etc.  You are welcome to bring it along, and I will use it in their session to showcase what they love during their session.

2021 Couture Kids line up | Venus Texas Children Photographer

 I am so excited to release our Spring & Summer Couture Kids session line up.   They are LIVE and you can sign up now to reserve your session time.   I love working on these themed children sessions and photographing them.  Children are so fun to photograph, we play and laugh during the session and they usually have a really good time.   They also LOVE to dress up and they feel so special.

Valentine Extravaganza | Venus Texas Children Photographer

 Our first "Couture Kids" event for 2021 is set for Saturday February 6, 2021.  I am super excited to get started with another year of themed Children Portraits.  Be sure and watch for our 2021 line up of events that will be released soon!

Our first one is ready now to sign up for!  It is  our Valentine Extravaganza!

Our set designs are adorable!  Imagine a little street corner with a brick road and one stop is a little bakery bistro and the other is an adorable street cart full of lot's of love.  We will have a variety of props, balloons, sweats, confetti, flowers and more to make for a fun experience they are sure to enjoy!  What a great way to capture them having fun!

SANTA is coming to SP | Venus Texas Children Photographer

 Yes SANTA is coming to Specialty Photography on November 21, 2020.  It is going to be another fabulous year visiting with SANTA.  This is always such a fun day full of Christmas Magic.  

This year our theme is SANTA'S Kitchen.   Which is perfect for this year with Covid -19 and all the safety measures that we need to take.   The kitchen set will give your little one time to decorate cookies, look like they are baking some,  all the while visiting with Santa (who is at a little bit of distance)  This year we will not have the children sitting on Santa's lap, but instead interacting with him in the Kitchen.    We are also only allowing one family in the studio at a time and we have sessions spaced out to give us time to clean and sanitize between each and every session.  Safety is always a top priority here at our studio.
