Haley's Bridal Session | Venus Texas Portrait Photographer

 What a beautiful beautiful day we had for Haley's bridal session here at the studio.  We started inside the studio and then headed outdoors to add a variety of portraits to her gallery.   Haley and her family have been coming to the studio for many years now.  In fact, I actually photographed Haley when she was just starting middle school sports in Venus (many years ago).   It has been a joy to watch her grow up and now she is getting married!   (well, now she is actually married, lol as I waited to share these once her groom has seen her!

Thank you Smith family for trusting me with so many amazing moments in the life of your family.  Love you all!

Mrs. Lowrie | Venus Texas Wedding Photographer

This past weekend we had the joy of photographing Jordan & Austin's Wedding in Valley View, Texas!  It was raining outside and cold, but oh what an amazing and beautiful day it was.  We are so very honored to have had the opportunity to be apart of their day.  We will be sharing a sneak peek into the wedding day soon, but for now, we are excited to share a few of our favorites from Jordan's Bridal Session.

On the day of her Bridal session, it was also very very cold outside and close to sunset.  We were able to capture a variety of lighting and set up's for her portraits.  What a beautiful Bride she makes!

Introducing Mrs. Stubblield | Venus Texas Wedding Photographer

Oh my goodness I am so glad to finally be able to share this awesome Bridal session with you all.  In October I had the honor of photographing Lorrie at the Dallas Arboretum in her beautiful wedding gown.  It was an gorgeous fall day and we could not have asked for better weather.  Simply perfect!

This past Saturday Lorrie and James got married at Beaumont Ranch and yes I will be sharing highlights of their amazing wedding day soon.  But, for now I know you guys will love seeing just how beautiful of bride Lorrie makes.  She was simply glowing during her Bridal session and for sure on her wedding day.  Gorgeous Bride for sure!!

 We were so so excited that the Christmas Tree's were already out at the Arboretum that day.  Since Lorrie and James wedding day was December 13, 2014.  Awesome timing!

 This one was printed on a large canvas for the wedding day.  It is one of Lorrie's favorites :)

Thank you Lorrie for allowing me to capturing this most amazing time in your life.  You have grown into a beautiful young woman who loves life and the Lord so much and it shows.  You made a stunning bride and I hope that you will enjoy and treasure your images for years to come and of course enjoy sharing them with your children one day.

Introducing Amie Jo Belser {North Texas Portrait Photographer}

Whoop!  Whoop!!  Today I finally get to share these amazingly fun & beautiful bridal photos of our daughter -in- law "Amie Jo Belser".   Our son Brad and Amie were married Saturday March 1, 2014 and it was absolutely the most beautiful perfect day.  I can't wait to get their wedding photos and be able to share a few of those with you all too.  In the meantime though I do get to show off this beautiful Bride!

Amie is the perfect match for our son Brad and she fits our family perfectly, just as God planned it to be.  We are so thankful, blessed and excited to have her and Dannah as apart of our family.

Simply Bridal

Hi Friends...

I am so excited here lol!  What's new...right?!!   It's the little things in life that keep me so excited all the time.  But hey, this one is pretty cool!  Our studio has been invited to be apart of the "Simply Bridal" event hosted by Mimosa Hall.  I am beyond thrilled and am looking forward to meeting lot's of new Brides.

Red Oak Bridal Show 2012

On April 22, 2012 we had the honor of being apart of a fantastic Bridal Show in Red Oak, Texas.  I loved being apart of this 3rd annual Bridal Show for Red Oak, because it is a smaller event, yet very elegant, and you have the opportunity to truly speak to the brides, their bridal party and/or family that they brought along with them for the fun.  That to me makes a huge difference in the experience and success of a Bridal Show. Here are a few photos of our booth...

 



I love how our booth came together when we got everything all set up.  I had all these idea's rolling around in my mind, as I prepared for the show, and too see it all come together the way I invisioned it was awesome :) Funny thing that happened at the show is all the brides loved our Window Display too and I can't even count all the request that we had at the show to get them a window to display their portraits in.  So, stay tuned, I do believe this will be an option here at SP for our brides.   Yea!

A highlight of the day was the Bridal Fashion Show hosted by "Emma's Bridal Boutique" in Red Oak, Texas.   This boutique is adorable and the staff is wonderful to work with.  I know this first hand, as we bought a gorgeous dress for my daughters Senior Prom from Emma's back in 2010.  The service that we received was top notch and they made the process of doing alterations super easy and stress free.  Which is always a plus :) One of the things that I admired back in 2010 when shopping at Emma's  was all the head pieces and detail that they have around the store, I do notice those things, even if that's not what I am shopping for at the time.  I have come to find out that the owner "Melody Ginn" custom makes these amazingly beautiful head pieces for brides, and last week at the Bridal Show, she had many of these on display.   It truly gives each and every bride a chance to show off her own personal style and provides her a distinct look for the wedding day. The wedding gowns that were showcased during the show were georgeous and I just couldn't help but to grab a few photos...  enjoy the show!
