A Maternity/Pregnancy photo shoot may or may not be on the top of your to do list.  After all this is a time when many women do not feel so beautiful; as they see their body growing and expanding while this new little life is being formed within.

However, every woman that we have photographed during her pregnancy has loved her photos and felt beautiful during her session and was so glad that she did have the photos taken.

Pregnancy is an amazing gift and such an exciting time as you wait and prepare for that precious little bundle of joy that is soon to enter the world.  It is an event that only happens a few times in ones life and it truly is a time that needs to be documented and captured for future generations to share in.

Here at Specialty Photography we want your Maternity session to be one that you are proud of and one that you can be relaxed, be yourself and have fun with it.  It truly is all about you and capturing this most amazing time.

We work with you from the first call through the delivery of your images to make sure you know what to expect every step of the way.  Some of the decisions that we work with our clients are on things like...

• Do you have other children you want to include in your session?
• Do you want to include your spouse in your session?
• Do you want your maternity portraits taken in the studio for a more romantic, intimate look? or do you prefer to take your session outside to one of your favorite places?
• Do you wan to show off your belly or keep it covered up?

These are just a few examples of the type of things we work with you on prior to your session, so that we design just the right atmosphere for your maternity photo session.  After all it truly is about showcasing your beauty and personality.

We also recommend that you get pampered!  It is your day!!  This is a time that you are waiting for your new little bundle of joy to arrive and we will be creating beautiful heirloom portraits that you and your family will enjoy for years to come.  So many of our moms love to get their hair and make up done before their session... adding eyelashes can be fun too (and of course look great in portraits) We also recommend that our moms don't forget about their nails and toes, they do show on camera and hey it makes you feel fabulous getting all this pampering done!!  You deserve it :)

Our Maternity Sessions are $125 and include...

• Your photo session here at the studio or on location {includes your immediate family}
• professionally edited images for you to preview at your view & order appointment
• your private order session {within 7 - 10 days of your portrait session}
• **NO prints or products are included in your session fee
